• Maintain social media accounts by generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content
• Update website; increasing overall traffic and optimizing SEO
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics
• Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
